It is indeed a pleasure for me to join my colleague in welcoming you to participate to BIT's 1st Annual World Congress of IT Outsourcing 2012. I would like to particularly welcome the delegates and speakers from all over the world.

The 1st Annual World Congress of IT Outsourcing is hosted by Information Research Center of International Talent, SAFEA, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Dalian Sub-Council and is operated by BIT Congress Inc., Foreign Experts Databank of SAFEA-Dalian Biotechnological and Medical Experts Subdivision.

By themed with Specialty, Knowledge, and Globalization, BIT's 1st Annual World Congress of IT Outsourcing is aimed to be a dedicated event for IT Outsourcing. The program highlights some recent breakthrough stories and successes in this particular field. Over the conference period, you will have opportunities to share information and best practices on Next Generation of IT Outsourcing and development of ITO, BPO and KPO, Vendor's Capacity Analysis for Buyers etc. Besides, we would also explore further communication and collaboration through social activities during the conference.
