On August 28-30, 2012, BIT's 1^st Annual World Congress of Emerging InfoTech-2012, with the theme of “Welcome 3rd Wave Revolution of IT/ICT Industry”, was successfully held in Hotel Nikko Dalian, China. As the keynote speakers, *Dr. Christoph Meinel,* Professor, Hasso-Plattner-Institute for IT-Systems Engineering, Germany; *Dr. Kelvin Ho, Vice President, Wireless Sales Support Center, Alcatel-Lucent, China; Dr. Russell Cowburn, Professor, Director of Research, Department of Physics, Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge, UK; Dr. Ivar Jacobson,Professor USMP Peru, Founder of Semat, Ivar Jacobson International, Sweden; Dr. Jianjun Yu,* Director of Optics Labs and Chief Scientist, ZTE Corp, China gave their wonderful speeches at keynote forum.
