On behalf of the Organizing Committee of The 2nd Annual World Congress of Mariculture and Fisheries (WCMF-2013), we cordially invite you to participate in this initiative congress.
The 2nd Annual World Congress of Mariculture and Fisheries (WCMF-2013), with the theme of Promoting Sustainable Fishery Development will be held in Hangzhou, China during September 23-25, 2013. It is intended to provide a platform for professionals around the world to exchange state-of-the-art research and development and identify research needs and opportunities in the field of fisheries.
As the development of ocean science and fisheries, ecological conservation and sustainable fisheries become more and more important. China is one of the powerful countries of fisheries, and the only one of aquaculture more than capture fisheries. With the sustained rapid development of seafood industry and modern service industry in China, WCMF-2013 will bring about enormous benefits as well as open up a new and broader pathway for information and experience exchange between China and all over the world.
We are providing a unique platform for our scientific experts and industry partners who have made contact with the most influential elites from all over the world. There鈥檙e 7 tracks and 44 sessions in the tentative program, which including fishing, breeding, aquaculture, seafood industry, recreational fisheries, engineering and equipment, technological innovation, environment and resource conservation, fisheries and seafood security, fisheries management and seafood culture. Meanwhile matchmaking programs will be provided for any participants who would be interested in cooperating with Chinese local companies or other foreign companies.
